Increased diagnostic rates will apply to any service calls after 5pm, on Sundays or Holidays. This includes under warranty, emergency or extended warranty service.
Extended Warranty companies WILL NOT pay for emergency service fees or any service performed after normal business office hours. If you need this service after 5pm, you will be required to pay the increased diagnostic rate even if the repair is found to be covered under your warranty or extended warranty.
